Welcome to my CrossFit blog!!
I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit. It's also great to work out in a way that actually makes me stronger in my everyday life. No more asking a man to open jars for this gal!
I'm also experimenting with the Paleo Diet (CrossFit converted me from vegetarianism). If you're interested in checking out my food journal, it can be found here.

- 10 Thrusters, 65lbs.
- 1 Handstand Push-up
- 100 Day Burpee Challenge- QUIT @ DAY 55 (so I scaled it!)
- 10 Double Unders in a row
- 1 Ring Dip
