Rest Day - 100 Burpees

I'm going to take today as a rest day, because my body is just worn out.

30 min. AM run with Lucy
20 Burpees

Plan to do:
80 burpees in 20 rep increments

Here are my thoughts on the burpee challenge. Make today your last day. By focusing on knocking out your burpees, you're neglecting the other (and more important) areas of training and recovery. My wife tried the challenge too and she had to quit half way through because she was doing burpees instead of WODs. That is NOT the idea of the challenge. Yes, it's great to say "I completed the challenge" but if you tell any coach or athlete that you did it at the expense of working out in other modal and time domains, they'll question you're determination toward the real goal: actual fitness.

Don't mean to be such a downer, but this advice will be more beneficial to you than cheering you on to complete another 2,000 burpees while sacrificing good training.
