- 1 Dead Hang Pull-up
- Deadlift, 200lbs.
- 10 Thrusters, 65lbs.
- 1 Handstand Push-up
- 100 Day Burpee Challenge- QUIT @ DAY 55 (so I scaled it!)
- 10 Double Unders in a row
- 1 Ring Dip
