Rest Day - Day 6

Thank God it's a REST DAY!!:). Running in my warm-up yesterday felt wonderful, but even after lots of stretching, I was still really tight in the legs again within 30 minutes.

Started a 3 month challenge/goal on 1/21/09. I'm going to follow the CrossFit.com site religiously for 3 months (albeit scaled). 3 days on, 1 day off.

Today is day 6 of the 90 day challenge.
