Didn't do a warm-up and I did this Thursday morning instead of Wednesday afternoon. Got busy with cooking and forgot about it.
This was tough for me today, had to take longer breaks than normal.

So far they are looking good. Your numbers are on track and went up. I would highly suggest taking the rest between set's and see how it goes.
So Day 3 is 120 sec's at least between set's....I would like to see how you feel if you take the rests and how much you get on each of the Max set's.
I bet for Push's you can hit 35 and for Sit-up's I bet you can nail down 50...Try the rest...I would like to see how that goes for you and how you feel before, during and after.
I also find a good fast hard beat on music help's me knock out more of both.
