I despise Ring Rows....Good workout there. Were you out of energy after the first round? Are you doing most of these workouts solo?

Yeah, I work out alone. Usually it's not a problem, I can push myself to some degree. I've been having some medical issues lately, though, and am trying to take it easy so I don't do anything dangerous. (hence the untimed and I stopped after the first round b/c I got dizzy.)

I guess I'm going to have to start the pu/su challenge over again:)!

How are you doing with it? Still on track?
