puss and a slacker and I have no real excuse for only working out like three times in the month of October.
I vow to do better in November. :)

I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit. It's also great to work out in a way that actually makes me stronger in my everyday life. No more asking a man to open jars for this gal!Powered by Blogger - BlackSplat design by SamK.
