puss and a slacker and I have no real excuse for only working out like three times in the month of October.
I vow to do better in November. :)

I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit.
