I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit. It's also great to work out in a way that actually makes me stronger in my everyday life. No more asking a man to open jars for this gal!

1 Dead Hang Pull-up
Deadlift, 200lbs.
10 Thrusters, 65lbs.
1 Handstand Push-up
100 Day Burpee Challenge- QUIT @ DAY 55 (so I scaled it!)
