Welcome to my CrossFit blog!!
I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit. It's also great to work out in a way that actually makes me stronger in my everyday life. No more asking a man to open jars for this gal!I'm also experimenting with the Paleo Diet (CrossFit converted me from vegetarianism). - 10 Thrusters, 65lbs.
- 1 Handstand Push-up
- 100 Day Burpee Challenge- QUIT @ DAY 55 (so I scaled it!)
- 10 Double Unders in a row
- 1 Ring Dip
