Welcome to my CrossFit blog!!
I've been doing CrossFit since June 2008, off and on. But more focused since Jan. 2009. I love the challenge of pushing myself and the continual improvement I get with CrossFit. It's also great to work out in a way that actually makes me stronger in my everyday life. No more asking a man to open jars for this gal!I'm also experimenting with the Paleo Diet (CrossFit converted me from vegetarianism). The Bear Complex is a beast, as you can see by the 5th undone round. I almost cry every time. I hate it and look forward to never doing it again. It makes me so grumpy!
